PrimeCoco supplies packaged coconut water, coconut water concentrate and coconut water powder to buyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Shipments leave India from Mundra or Nhava Sheva and can be routed to Jeddah Islamic Port on the Red Sea or King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam on the Arabian Gulf, whichever is closer to your warehouse. Food imports into Saudi Arabia are controlled by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. The importer registers their establishment and each product on the SFDA’s Ghad platform before the first shipment, and clearance requests go through the Fasah trade platform. Our export team prepares what that process asks for from the supplier side: a commercial invoice carrying expiry dates and batch numbers, a certificate of origin, the bill of lading, a health certificate from the competent Indian authority, and NABL third-party test reports with a batch Certificate of Analysis. India is among the origins for which the SFDA requires a Certificate of Conformity on several food categories; where your product falls in scope, we arrange testing and certification through an SFDA-approved body before the container is loaded.

Two SFDA provisions matter for factories buying concentrate or powder as an ingredient: a licensed Saudi warehouse is not required for a local factory importing raw materials for its own production, and such imports may enter under a commitment on Fasah that the label is in English rather than Arabic. If you bottle or blend in the Kingdom, that simplifies the first order considerably. Finished packaged coconut water for retail is labelled in Arabic to GSO 9, with dates per GSO 150-1 and nutrition per SFDA.FD 2233, and we apply client-supplied sleeves at bottling.

Coconut water is a plant product with no animal-derived ingredients. The SFDA requires a Halal certificate for products containing meat, animal fats, gelatine, collagen, animal rennet or animal enzymes, and for any product carrying a Halal logo. We print no Halal logo on our packs.
